I am a Solicitor specialising in employment law, providing advice and assistance to both employers and employees. I am known for my friendly and personable manner. Whilst I generally prefer to adopt a non-contentious approach, I am experienced in situations where more rigorous negotiation is required.
I have wide ranging experience and understand both commercial and public sector environments and needs. I qualified in 2007 at Norwich firm Hansells but shortly moved into local government with Norfolk County Council, where I could develop my experience. Having also worked in the legal department of then FTSE 250 subsidiary company Fendercare Ltd, I moved back into private practice with Hatch Brenner in January 2015.
I was fortunate to be involved in some high profile cases at Norfolk County Council. I am proud to have assisted clients in securing generous settlements and cost effective resolutions, as appropriate.
I completed my law degree at Nottingham Trent University including a year in industry working with an in-house legal team. I completed my LPC at the College of Law. I am also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
