We liaise regularly with our clients as well as the other estate agents and solicitors involved to ensure everyone is kept up to date. We will also highlight potential issues or problems as soon as they arise.

When you start the process, we will ensure we get as much paperwork completed in advance as possible. This will help to minimise any enquiries made by a buyer’s solicitors and will save time later in the process.
