The wellbeing of our staff, and that of our clients is of utmost importance as we all navigate the impacts of the coronavirus pandemic. We are holding regular meetings amongst the Partners and teams to assess the situation as it evolves.
We are committed to working together to remain accessible and available to all our clients providing a seamless delivery of our legal services.
We are operating a skeleton staff in the office, with our other staff working from home where possible. We will be reducing our face to face appointments apart from in exceptional circumstances by pre-arrangement. We can offer telephone appointments, liaise with you via email, and have the relevant systems in place to be able to deliver legal advice to our usual high level of service as this situation progresses.
If you do need to attend the office or a face to face meeting, please liaise with your Hatch Brenner contact to confirm the details and to arrange to meet them at our 4 Theatre Street or Dencora House reception where you will be let in, as the main reception will be unmanned from Monday 23 March, and the front door closed to walk ins. In line with the advice from the Government, we are following stringent hygiene and social distancing measures. Please do not attend the office if you are unwell. In line with the most up to date guidance:
Anyone with a fever or persistent cough should stay at home for seven days if they live alone or 14 days if they live with others. Anyone who lives with someone displaying coronavirus symptoms should also stay at home for 14 days.
Please call 01603 660 811 and speak to us, or email either your usual named email contact or firstname.lastname@example.org, if you have any queries at all and we will do our very best to help. We are here to support you and wish you, your families and businesses well during this challenging time.
Dawn Parkes, Managing Partner.
