Hatch Brenner Solicitors on Norwich’s Theatre Street welcomes a new senior appointment to the Family Law team. Sophie Key joins the expanding department from a senior associate position at Howes Percival’s Norwich office. Sophie specialises in all areas of family law including divorce, separation and private law children arrangements.

Sophie joins Hatch Brenner with extensive experience in family law matters. She approaches matters sensitively with a commitment to her clients. Sophie’s considerable Court advocacy experience ensures she achieves the very best for her clients.

Sophie will advise clients in relation to the breakdown of marriage and civil partnerships, supporting them with her pragmatic advice regarding divorce, financial and children matters. Sophie will also advise unmarried and/or cohabiting clients concerning the financial aspects and child arrangements following the breakdown of relations. Sophie will support clients with the protection of assets, including Cohabitation Agreements and Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements.

As a member of Resolution (a community of family justice professionals) Sophie works with families and individuals to resolve issues in a constructive way.
