Hatch Brenner Solicitors has welcomed a new appointment to their busy Property team in the heart of Norwich. Further bolstering the law firm’s dynamic new team, the appointment follows the arrival of the new Head of Property, Sarah Finn and Chartered Legal Executive, Abbey Englefield-Stangroom.
Happy Khumbeni joins as a Conveyancing Executive in the Hatch Brenner Residential Property Team. Mr Khumbeni, who was previously at a specialist property law firm in Norwich, will qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive upon the completion of his CILEX qualification this Summer. Happy’s core focuses include property purchase transactions, freehold and leasehold and transfers of equity.

Sarah joined Hatch Brenner in January 2021 from a Devon-based firm where she was a partner and Head of Residential Property.

Happy completed his law degree at the University of Lincoln. He has previously worked for leading regional law firms and outside of work Happy is an accomplished footballer, regularly playing 5-a-side.
