Hatch Brenner Solicitors on Theatre Street in Norwich has retained the national Law Society's legal practice quality mark, Lexcel following its annual application and assessment process. This included a trained Lexcel assessor conducting an on-site audit and background checks.
The achievement is particularly notable because the Law Society has recently introduced even more stringent requirements for law firms under an updated version of the Lexcel quality mark, known as Lexcel England and Wales v6.1. Hatch Brenner Solicitors has held the Lexcel accreditation since 2016.
Dawn Parkes, Managing Partner at Hatch Brenner said: “We are proud to have been re-certified for our Lexcel accreditation, demonstrating our commitment to client care and best practice. I would like to thank all our staff for their continued dedication to excellence in client service.
“The Lexcel report praises our skilful use of the framework provided by the Lexcel Standard, which allows us to maintain our stringent approach to risk management. We were commended on our business strategy and planning, our successful preparation for GDPR and our alertness to the importance of data management.
“Our clients and staff can be assured that the way we manage the practice has their interests at heart and runs efficiently.”
