Hatch brenner team helps raise 3 500 on norwich legal walk

Seven members of staff from Hatch Brenner Solicitors were among dozens of lawyers and legal support staff who took part in the 2016 Norwich Legal Walk, a 10km sponsored walk to raise money for the Eastern Legal Support Trust, which provides access to free legal advice services across the region.  The Hatch Brenner team raised £320, part of over £3,500 raised in total.

The Eastern Legal Support Trust (ELST) is a grant-making charity, formed in 2010, to raise funds for free legal advice services in the East of England (Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk).

The Trust works to enable the provision of free legal advice to members of the public who would otherwise be disadvantaged and also supports other charitable work that promotes access to justice.

The charities supported by the ELST help to facilitate access to justice for the poorest and most disadvantaged members of society. They provide free legal help to people facing problems such as homelessness, debt, employment, family issues, discrimination and injustice and they really need funds to support their work
