Lockdown 2.0: Hatch Brenner Solicitors temporarily move to remote appointments

In line with the most recent requirements set out by the Government, we have reviewed our operations and are pleased to confirm that we will remain operational throughout lockdown 2.0.

We will, however, be closing our offices and meeting rooms to the public from Thursday 5 November until Wednesday 2 December. This will require all appointments during the lockdown period to be carried out with clients and staff via telephone or video call, apart from in exceptional circumstances by pre-arrangement.

Our staff remain accessible and ready to seamlessly help you navigate your legal issues – whether via phone, video call or email. In line with our risk assessment, a skeleton staff will remain working in our Theatre Street premises to maintain operations. This will be in line with the required measures including enhanced cleaning and social distancing. The remainder of our staff will be working from home throughout this second lockdown.

Managing Partner Dawn Parkes commented: “I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all our clients and staff for their adaptability and resilience shown throughout the challenging circumstances we have all experienced this year. We are now well placed to react once again to the necessary instructions from the Government. We can reassure clients that we are able to maintain our high levels of client care in providing exceptional legal advice – albeit remotely for the time being. We also take the safety and well-being of our staff very seriously, so are pleased to be able to support working from home and some on site attendance within the comfortable limits of each staff member. Myself and my fellow Partners in the firm will continue to assess the situation as it develops. Thank you to everyone who has continued to support us this year.”

If you do urgently need to attend the office or a face to face meeting, please liaise with your Hatch Brenner contact to confirm the details and to arrange to meet them at our 4 Theatre Street or Dencora House reception where you will be let in as the front door will be closed to walk ins. In line with the advice from the Government, we are following stringent hygiene and social distancing measures. Please do not attend the office if you are unwell.
