Theatre street-based law firm Hatch Brenner has announced that they will be a key sponsor for family food festival Porkstock for the second year running. Norfolk’s favourite and award-winning family food event will take place on Saturday 13 October at the Norfolk Showground. For the third year in a row, all profits from the festival will be donated to Norfolk children’s bereavement charity Nelson’s Journey.
Caroline Billings, Hatch Brenner Partner and Private Client specialist commented: “We are delighted to be working with the Porkstock team once again in 2018. As well as our staff and their families enjoying the delicious treats, cookery stage demos and fun games on offer during the day last year, Hatch Brenner staff and our contacts from the business community had a brilliant time at the Evening Knees Up party. Great music, food and company and a brilliant way to both celebrate Norfolk produce, and raise lots of money for Nelson’s Journey. We are looking forward to working with our fellow sponsors on another great event. The volunteers who run Porkstock show incredible commitment and energy, and we are pleased to be able to support them to help make a real difference to the lives of young people.”
James Ellis, one of the founders of Porkstock said; “The festival is a non-profit event, and the support of Hatch Brenner and our other business sponsors along with the determination and hard work of our volunteers helps to make the event such a success. Last year we raised over £10,000 and we hope to raise even more this year.”
Porkstock offers one of the best foodie, family days out in Norfolk, but is also helping to put a smile back on the face of bereaved children throughout the county.
