About Adam

An experienced commercial litigation and dispute resolution Solicitor, I joined the Dispute Resolution Team at Hatch Brenner from Norfolk firm Steeles Law in January 2016.

Having qualified as a Solicitor in 2009, I have extensive experience of advising individuals and corporate, charitable, and public sector clients on a wide range of contentious matters. I am also experienced at representing my clients at hearings in the County Court, and through Alternative Dispute Resolution such as mediation.

I place great importance on being approachable, and providing clear and pragmatic advice which is always focussed on achieving the best commercial outcome for my clients.

Recent matters on which I have advised clients include: high value and complex contractual disputes, professional negligence, contentious probate, restrictive covenants, director/shareholder disputes, construction, contentious Intellectual Property, personal injury, and residential and commercial property disputes.

After completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Studies at the University of East Anglia, I graduated with a first class honours degree in Law and distinction in the LPC at Nottingham Trent University. I then completed my training and qualified with Mills & Reeve.

I am also a Solicitor Advisor for the Norfolk Community Law Service, providing pro bono legal advice to members of the public on a wide range of disputes and commercial matters.
