People / Adam Blenkinsop
I am an experienced Solicitor, having qualified in 2009. I work with the Private Client team advising clients in relation to wills, probate, administration of estates and intestacy, powers of attorney, trust issues including setting up and administration, and disputed wills.
I place great importance on being approachable, and providing clear and pragmatic advice to my clients.
I also have extensive experience in Dispute Resolution, and have advised individuals and corporate, charitable, and public sector clients on a wide range of contentious matters. I have represented clients at hearings in the County Court, and through Alternative Dispute Resolution such as mediation.
I am also a Solicitor Advisor for the Norfolk Community Law Service, providing pro bono legal advice to members of the public on a wide range of legal matters including wills, powers of attorney, disputes and commercial matters.
After completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Studies at the University of East Anglia, I graduated with a first class honours degree in Law and distinction in the LPC at Nottingham Trent University. I then completed my training and qualified with Mills & Reeve.
