People / Bailey Yallop
I joined Hatch Brenner in July 2017, and work within the Private Client team, particularly focussing on wills, powers of attorney and probate matters.
I regularly attend and advise at Age UK Norwich's free legal advice sessions and have been involved in both the Will Aid and Norfolk Will Help charitable schemes. I am currently taking appointments for the Cancer Research UK Free Wills Service for cancer patients and survivors and those aged 55 and over.
Originally from Norfolk, I am currently completing my law degree with the Open University.
‘Updating my will was very straightforward, plus the bill for this service and several copies of my new will was certainly lower than I had expected. Recommended!’
‘Made to feel at ease and the advice offered was put forward clearly and easy to understand. The service provided was conducted in good manner and in timely fashion. ’
‘Mr Yallop got in touch with me speedily (after my first e-mail). He also arranged a date to meet with me and ensured I was informed about everything I would need to bring with me. He was very professional and I appreciated the speed with which our business was concluded. ’
‘Bailey was friendly and professional and wrote up our wills very quickly. We are very pleased with the work he did and grateful to Hatch Brenner for being part of the Will Aid Scheme - without that support we would not have been able to get our wills done. Thank you to Bailey and the team at Hatch Brenner. ’
