I am an experienced residential property conveyancer with over 13 years experience, and I joined the Hatch Brenner team in March 2004.
In my role I work with individuals and businesses across the breadth of property transactions including both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, right to buy purchases, transfer of equity, buy to let mortgages, re-mortgages, Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements, first registration applications and adverse possession applications.
Working within a small team, I pride myself on bringing a personal, positive, attentive, friendly and one to one approach to my work. Being proactive and hands-on, I ensure I guide my clients through each step, communicate regularly to keep all parties informed, and follow up on queries on both sides of a transaction. I enjoy seeing a successful conclusion to each property matter.
By going above and beyond the expectations of clients, I can fulfil their needs and remove the stress from the conveyancing experience. My dedication to client service is evident in my large number of repeat clients and named referrals. I pride myself on my local reputation.
As well as dealing directly with clients, I also enjoy an excellent relationship with a strong network of third party contacts in and around Norwich including Estate Agents, mortgage and financial advisors and other professionals.
