About Small Business Team
Our Small Business team comprises:
A Partner in the Private Client team, I advise clients in relation to tax planning, trust issues including setting up and administration, wills, probate, administration of estates & intestacy, powers of attorney & Court of Protection applications, and disputed wills. I have been a full member of Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners since 2007.
I am a Dispute Resolution and Mediation Partner at Hatch Brenner. I specialise in Dispute Resolution, acting either for claimants or for defendants. I am experienced in a wide range of disputes, and particularly relish professional negligence matters. I am registered with the Civil Mediation Council for civil and commercial mediation, and on Clerksroom's "Elite Mediators" list. I am also a Mediator in the Workplace.
I am a Solicitor specialising in Employment law, providing advice and assistance to both employers and employees. My work also includes advising on director and other senior appointments and on business transfers. I qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 and have an in-house solicitor background in both the public sector and industry.
