Role: Hatch Brenner Solicitors is seeking candidates for a two-year training contract that involves providing legal support across four ‘seats,’ aligned with SRA Principles and Practice Skills Standards. This role covers both contentious and non-contentious law, including drafting agreements, conducting legal research, and supporting senior lawyers with client files. Progression to the next team will be tracked through semi-annual reviews.

Property Team Secretary / PA

Role: Hatch Brenner Solicitors is seeking an organised and proactive Secretary / PA to join our Property Department. In this full-time role, you will provide essential secretarial and administrative support to Fee Earners, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Your responsibilities will include document preparation, diary management, client communication, and financial administration, as well as assisting with property transactions, HM Land Registry registrations, and general case management. You will play a key role in supporting fee earners, maintaining efficient workflows, and delivering a high-quality service to our clients.

Family Team Secretary

Role: Hatch Brenner Solicitors is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our Family Law team. In this full-time role, you will provide essential secretarial and administrative support to fee earners, ensuring the smooth running of the department.

Your responsibilities will include document preparation, diary management, client communication, and legal aid processing, as well as assisting with litigation administration and bundle preparation. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient case management and delivering a high-quality service to our clients.

Employment Solicitor

Role: Hatch Brenner Solicitors is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to handle both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The role includes advising on redundancy, unfair dismissal, employment tribunal litigation, discrimination, parental rights, employment contracts, settlement agreements, and tribunal claims for both employers and employees.

Conveyancing Executive

Role: Hatch Brenner Solicitors is seeking a proactive, confident Conveyancing Executive to join our residential conveyancing team. In this role, you’ll manage residential conveyancing files for sales and purchases, including providing quotations, conducting searches, liaising with estate agents, advising clients, producing contract documents, handling enquiries, and managing completion and post-completion tasks. You’ll work on transactions from start to finish, with support from our Conveyancing Assistants, allowing you to understand the entire process of buying and selling property.

Private Family Law Solicitor | Legal Executive

Role: Hatch Brenner Solicitors is seeking a Family Lawyer to join our team, where you will engage with a wide range of family matters, including divorce, financial remedy, separation, civil partnerships, children arrangements, private child law, pre-and post-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation disputes. You will also collaborate on complex and high-net-worth family matters.

In this full-time role, you will undertake Private Family law fee-earning work, both independently and as part of the team. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is essential, along with contributing to business development and expanding the Family law portfolio.

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive

Role: Hatch Brenner Solicitors is seeking full-time Residential Conveyancers at various levels to join our Conveyancing Team. As a progressive, forward-thinking firm, we value experience and enthusiasm and are committed to helping you develop your career.

We welcome applications from both qualified and unqualified candidates with proven experience working as fee earners in a busy Conveyancing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, equity release, and plot sales throughout the entire transaction. You should be confident in managing your own caseload, pragmatic, client-focused, and commercially aware. Some experience in commercial property would be advantageous but is not essential.

Private Client Solicitor

Roles: Hatch Brenner Solicitors is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated solicitor with 2 years PQE or a qualified legal executive to join our respected Private Client department. In this full-time role, you will undertake fee-earning work, working both independently and as a member of the team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining existing relationships with the firm’s clients and assisting in developing new relationships with third-party referrers.
