GP and Nursing
Our GP or nurse practitioner is often the first person we turn to if we feel unwell or have a concern about our health.
GPs, as with other doctors and specialists, sometimes make mistakes. These medical errors can range from failure to record a full history or conduct a proper physical examination, to not referring to a specialist consultant.
The implications of medical mistakes made by nurses and GPs can result in pain and discomfort that was avoidable, as well as more serious consequences such as disability or even death.
Our team of experienced solicitors and lawyers will fully investigate your claim.
By taking a detailed history from you, they can advise on the merits of your GP negligence claim and suggest the next steps. This might involve referring you for early rehabilitation to enhance your chances of recovery, or obtaining copies of your medical records with a view to instructing an independent doctor to provide an expert opinion on your case.
Either way, you are in safe hands and you can expect to receive the very best legal advice and service.
If you’ve suffered due to medical mistakes, our team of experienced personal injury solicitors is here to help you secure the compensation you deserve.
