Norwich law firm Hatch Brenner has confirmed they will once again be an Associate Sponsor for the Norfolk & Norwich Festival. As part of a three-year commitment, the Theatre Street-based firm will be supporting the Festival which is set to run from Friday 10 – Sunday 26 May.
At the programme launch this week, Festival Director Daniel Brine introduced the three stories and themes which are interwoven into the programme to help audiences explore new cultures and other worlds. Border crossings, magic & illusions and make & do will be brought to life via free outdoor events, theatre, music, dance, literature, visual arts and more. The annual Festival, one of the most important arts festivals in the UK, includes World Premieres and original commissions.
Dawn Parkes, Hatch Brenner Managing Partner commented: “We are very excited to once again be supporting the Norfolk & Norwich Festival. The Festival is unique in bringing performers from around the world to the city and county, showcasing multiple interesting venue spaces with their exciting and thought provoking work. The Festival always admirably engages with the community including via their schools programme and free outdoor events. In particular, the high wire launch event above Norwich Market on Friday 10 May sounds incredible. It should be a fantastic celebration.”
Daniel Brine, Director of Norfolk & Norwich Festival said: “The Festival is embedded within so much of the community and it is a treat for us to be able to share world class arts experiences with so many people across Norwich and Norfolk. The vision and the enthusiastic support of the local business community, who embrace entirely the spirit of the Festival, is crucial in the delivery of so much of what we do.”
