Hatch Brenner Solicitors on Theatre Street in Norwich has announced their successful retention of the Lexcel accreditation. Lexcel is the national Law Society's legal practice quality mark, which Hatch Brenner has held since 2016.
Dawn Parkes, Managing Partner at Hatch Brenner said: “We were delighted to welcome back the Lexcel assessor for our annual on-site audit and assessment. I would like to congratulate our whole team on our successful re-certification of the quality mark for another year. Our values champion a client-focussed approach with outstanding performance in our provision of legal services to our clients. The Lexcel accreditation demonstrates the success in our delivery of this approach, and can act as a demonstration to clients of our commitment to client care and best practice.
“The Lexcel report praises our skilful use of the framework provided by the Lexcel Standard and our maintenance of its good standards of risk management and client care. Our Senior management was also credited for remaining alert to the regulatory environment within which we are operating, in particular in respect of information management and security and data protection.”
