About Sara Westwood

I am an experienced Medical Negligence Solicitor with over 15 years of specialist experience. I was appointed to the Hatch Brenner Partnership in October 2020, having previously been a Director at Morgan Jones Pett in Norwich.

I am on the AvMA and Law Society Panel of Clinical Negligence Specialists and is a Senior Litigator member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. I deal with all types of claims whether valued at £2,000.00 or £2,000,000.00 plus. I have a particular interest in gynaecological and obstetric claims, orthopaedic injuries, fatal cases, including where there have been inquests, and those where errors have occurred in accidents and emergency departments.


I have been recognised for my specialist work in the Legal 500, including being recommended in the Legal 500.


I am also recommended for Clinical Negligence in the Chambers and Partners UK, where I is ranked in Band Two and noted for my strength in birth injury, delayed diagnosis, and failure in treatment cases.
