Senior Associate

Family Law Solicitor

About Sophie Key

I am a senior solicitor specialising in all areas of family law.  I have extensive experience in advising clients in relation to the breakdown of relationships, marriage and civil partnerships.  I joined Hatch Brenner in 2021 and, since qualifying as a solicitor in 2003, have been advising clients across Norfolk and all over England.

Clients benefit from my pragmatic advice in relation to all issues in connection with separation, including finances, children and divorce/dissolution.  I also advise unmarried couples in relation to separation.  I am a firm believer in alternative dispute resolution methods where these are in the best interest of clients.  I am also committed to achieving the best results for clients through the Court process, calling on my Court advocacy experience.

As a member of Resolution, I am part of a community of family justice professionals who work with families and individuals to resolve issues in a constructive way.

I also provide advice in relation to the protection of assets including Separation Agreements, Cohabitation (or ‘Living Together’) Agreements and Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements.

Services:

Divorce / Civil Partnership Dissolution Solicitors / Separation Agreements / Prenuptial Agreements and Cohabitation Agreements / Private child law
