About Michael Judkins
I am currently dealing with the firm’s Employment Law matters. I bring much experience and versatility as a lawyer who has spent most of his professional life as a partner/director with a regional practice in East Anglia.
Having acted extensively over the years for both employers and employees, I am very familiar with the challenges of the modern workplace and have considerable expertise in both dealing with, and appearing before, the Employment Tribunal.
I am happy, where necessary, to advise at an early stage in order to prevent the escalation of disputes. My work includes, amongst the range of employment law issues which I have covered, Settlement Agreements, discrimination claims and advice on redundancy programmes.
I adopt a thorough and pro-active approach to the management of cases, looking always to achieve, often by negotiation, the best and most effective result in the light of the likely outcome balanced against the practicality of cost.
