Dental
Dental negligence claims can arise whether you received treatment via the NHS or private practice.
If you have suffered from poor dental treatment which causes unnecessary pain, suffering or even serious injury, you may be entitled to claim compensation.
Proving that a dentist acted negligently requires the skill of a specialist dental negligence solicitor like those at Hatch Brenner. We have many years of experience and will work with you to help establish that the dental treatment you received directly caused your problems, enabling you to recover compensation.
How long does a dental negligence claim take?
It depends upon your case but we will help you to manage the process, ensuring you have appropriate evidence and documentation to pursue the case.
How much dental negligence compensation could I claim?
Again, it depends on your case. We have successfully won dental cases worth up to £30,000. Contact us for a professional assessment of your case.
Of course, we understand that a dental negligence claim is not always about getting compensation. It is also important to explore any avenues that might help you receive restorative treatment, or deal with ongoing pain or symptoms.
