About Sarah Finn

I am a highly skilled Property specialist with extensive experience in the industry. As a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, I bring an extensive range of knowledge and expertise to my role as Head of Property at Hatch Brenner. I commenced my career with the firm in January 2021, where I have been leading the Property department. As an experienced specialist, I excel in an array of responsibilities that include team management, business development, and client engagement across various sectors, including residential property, residential development, and commercial property.

With a strong background in East Anglia, I bring over three decades of invaluable expertise in the Property industry. My comprehensive skill set includes a wide range of areas, such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, mortgages, and equity release mortgages. With a range of expertise, I hold experience in various areas of real estate law. My proficiency extends to handling new-build purchases, deeds of variation, deeds of easement, overage agreements, lease extensions, site set-up, and plot sales.

With an background in the legal industry, I have garnered valuable experience in various senior roles at esteemed law firms in East Anglia and Devon. Prior to joining Hatch Brenner, I served as a Partner and Head of Residential Property at Dunn & Baker LLP, a reputable firm based in Devon.

With a proactive approach and a positive, forward-thinking attitude, I am dedicated to achieving prompt and efficient resolutions in all matters I undertake.
